From 21st Feb, 2008 we will require that the
Guarantee Card that was included with your purchase is enclosed with the
product you are returning.
For
items purchased prior to 21st Feb, 2008, please be sure to enclose your sales receipt (a photocopy is also acceptable).
Any item returned for a repair without the Guarantee
Card will be charged at the prevailing rate.
We only
guarantee and support products bought from this website and supplied with
our own
Guarantee Card. (www.medical-bracelets.co.uk)
If you have a product purchased from any other source,
you must return it to that source. We will make a charge of £4.75 to
return any item not originally purchased from this website.
To return an item, please send the item securely wrapped
(bubble wrap is ideal) to:

carrier eg UPS, FedEx etc, please ensure you tick the box marked "Sender
