Instructions for returning an item
for a repair under guarantee:

From 21st Feb, 2008 we require that the
Guarantee Card that was included with your purchase is enclosed with the
product you are returning.
For
items purchased prior to 21st Feb, 2008, please be sure to enclose your sales receipt (a photocopy is also acceptable).
Any item returned for a repair without the Guarantee
Card will be charged at the prevailing rate.
We only
guarantee and support products bought from this website and supplied with
our own
Guarantee Card. (www.medical-bracelets.co.uk)
If you have a product purchased from any other source,
you must return it to that source. We will make a charge of £6.00 to
return any item not originally purchased from this website. |
Instructions for returning an item:

To return an item, please send the item
securely wrapped (bubble wrap is ideal) to:
Medical-Bracelets.co.uk, Suite 985,
228 Ayr Rd, Newton Mearns, Glasgow G77 6UY, Scotland, UK
(no public access)

Please be sure to enclose your sales receipt
(a photocopy is also acceptable), and a note
outlining the reason why the product is being returned.

If it is being returned
for a refund,
please request this on your enclosed note.
|
|
If it is being returned
for an exchange:
Provided it was
purchased within 90 days, just return it with a copy of your
invoice and a note requesting a refund.
Then simply place your order online for the new one.

If it is being returned for a repair under guarantee, the
Guarantee Card must also be enclosed. Please note that removable parts
such as the screw on top are not covered under guarantee. These can be
purchased
here.

*** If sending from overseas
by a carrier eg UPS, FedEx etc, please ensure you tick the box marked "Sender
Pays" as we cannot accept any packages
where duty or shipping charges must be paid. |

We reserve the right to exchange any part
or item. |
