- you must return it to us within 3 months in its original box

- you must enclose your receipt with it (for your convenience, a photocopy is also acceptable)

Instructions for returning an item:

To return an item, please send the item securely wrapped (bubble wrap is ideal) to:

Please be sure to enclose your sales receipt (a photocopy is also acceptable), and a note outlining the reason why the product is being returned.

If it is being returned for a refund, please request this on your enclosed note.

If it is being returned for an exchange: Provided it was purchased within 90 days, just return it with a copy of your invoice and a note requesting a refund. Then simply place your order online for the new one.

If it is being returned for a repair under guarantee, the Guarantee Card must also be enclosed. Please note that removable parts such as the screw on top are not covered under guarantee. These can be purchased here.
